Spinach Dip Cheese Sticks
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp milk
2 cups Italian or Panko breadcrumbs
Canola oil for frying
Marinara sauce for dipping
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions 

Mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread mixture in a lined pan, freeze for 30 minutes.
Cut into sticks, coat with flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden brown, garnish with parsley, and serve with marinara.
