• 12 slices of white sandwich bread (trim the crusts off)
• 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese
• 1/2 cup of strawberry preserves
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup of milk
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• Butter (for frying)


1. Prepare the Filling:
• Mix the cream cheese and strawberry preserves in a small bowl until smooth.
2. Prepare the Bread:
• Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin to make them easier to roll.
3. Assemble Roll-Ups:
• Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread.
• Roll up the bread tightly to seal in the filling.
4. Prepare Egg Mixture:
• Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a shallow dish.
