Stuffed Doritos Chicken

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup crushed Doritos, any flavor
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 tablespoons jalapeños, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup flour

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together your cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
3. Take each chicken breast and make a nice, deep cut along the side to create a pocket. Fill those pockets evenly with the cheese mixture.
