Ingredients

Pizza Base

Instructions

Make the Crispy Tortillas

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Fry tortillas one at a time until golden and crispy (about 30–45 sec per side).

  3. Drain on paper towels.


Cook the Taco Meat

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Drain excess grease.

  3. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.


Assemble the Pizza

  1. Place one crispy tortilla on a baking sheet.

  2. Spread a thin layer of refried beans.

  3. Add taco meat evenly.

  4. Top with a second tortilla.

  5. Spread enchilada sauce on top.

  6. Sprinkle with shredded cheeses.


Bake

  1. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
