Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs lightly. Add melted butter and sour cream, and whisk until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. You should get around 12 biscuits.
- Flatten the tops of the biscuits slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let the biscuits cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
