Three Cheese Biscuits are perfectly soft and fluffy!


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs lightly. Add melted butter and sour cream, and whisk until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. You should get around 12 biscuits.
  7. Flatten the tops of the biscuits slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the biscuits cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
