This looks like a homemade tropical fruit jelly drink with colorful fruit pearls or jelly balls suspended in a sweet citrus juice base.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup tapioca pearls, nata de coco, or fruit jelly balls
  • 1 cup mixed diced fruits (mango, peach, pineapple, or papaya)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes for serving

Optional Add-Ins

  • Passion fruit pulp
  • Coconut water
  • Mint leaves
  • Chia seeds
  • Sparkling water for a fizzy version

Instructions

  1. Cook the pearls or jelly
If using tapioca pearls, cook according to package instructions until soft. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the juice base
In a large pot, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, water, sugar, and lemon juice. Heat gently for 3–5 minutes until sugar dissolves. Do not boil heavily.
  3. Add fruits and pearls
Stir in cooked pearls/jelly balls and diced fruits. Let cool completely.
  4. Bottle the drink
Pour into clean bottles or jars using a funnel.
  5. Chill and serve
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Shake gently before pouring into glasses.

Tips

  • Serve very cold for the best flavor.
  • Use clear bottles to show off the colorful fruit pearls.
  • Consume within 3–4 days if refrigerated.
