Turmeric Ginger Cinnamon Lemon Honey Wellness Drink
🛒 Ingredients (1–2 servings)
- 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
- ½ tsp ground turmeric (or 1 tsp fresh grated)
- ½ tsp fresh ginger (grated) or ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1–2 tsp raw honey (to taste)
🔪 Instructions
1. Warm the water
- Heat water until it is warm, not boiling
(boiling water can reduce the benefits of raw honey and fresh lemon)
2. Mix spices
- Stir in:
- Turmeric
- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Whisk well so there are no clumps
3. Add lemon & honey
- Add lemon juice
- Let the drink cool slightly (so it’s not hot)
- Stir in raw honey last
