Turmeric Ginger Cinnamon Lemon Honey Wellness Drink

🛒 Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric (or 1 tsp fresh grated)
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger (grated) or ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1–2 tsp raw honey (to taste)

1. Warm the water

  • Heat water until it is warm, not boiling
    (boiling water can reduce the benefits of raw honey and fresh lemon)

2. Mix spices

  • Stir in:
    • Turmeric
    • Ginger
    • Cinnamon
  • Whisk well so there are no clumps

3. Add lemon & honey

  • Add lemon juice
  • Let the drink cool slightly (so it’s not hot)
  • Stir in raw honey last
