White Chocolate Caramel Fudge

Perfect for a holiday tray, Creamy White Chocolate Fudge with caramel swirl and pecan filling may be the best dessert ever.

For any occasion, this 5-minute fudge recipe is a simple and quick recipe to make.

Fudge with White Chocolate

Why should all the focus during the holidays go to milk chocolate and Dark Chocolate Fudge?

With a cup of coffee or tea, the rich tastes of this White Chocolate Fudge are wonderfully matched. This fudge is my favorite to have around the house for a post-meal sweet bite or as a snack.

Over the previous few years, all of you have found my white chocolate caramel fudge to be an enormous hit.

Simple fudge recipes are always in trend around here, based on how well-liked the Buckeye, Cranberry Macadamia Nut, and Creamy Peanut Butter fudge are.

White Chocolate Caramel Fudge

This recipe comes together quickly, and you can have it chilled in the fridge in just a few minutes. It will get stiff enough to slice and serve in a few hours.

Melt butter, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips in the microwave to make fudge. I take short bursts of 90 seconds at a time and stir in between.

Even when you take the bowl out of the microwave, your chocolate will still be melting. When I reach this stage, there are generally a few pieces of unmelted chocolate remaining in mine.

Mix in the pecans and vanilla, then transfer the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined tray.

Pour some caramel sauce over the top and refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld. Cut into squares and serve a few hours later!

Easy Homemade Fudge

Simple homemade fudge is, in my opinion, the easiest thing to make into homemade presents that are appreciated by all. I particularly enjoy how little time I need to spend in the kitchen to produce an abundance of sweets to offer.

My holiday baking has improved thanks to this 5- to 10-minute active-time in-the-kitchen fudge recipe! Now that I know, I don’t need to prepare in advance in order to spend endless hours preheating the kitchen and crafting complex candies and cookies to have delights to distribute on special occasions.

Freezer Fudge

And just when I thought there could be nothing more I loved about this recipe, this fudge freezes great!

This caramel fudge is easy to prepare in bulk, slice, and store in the freezer. Then, just grab your fudge and head out the next time you need a last-minute dessert for a party or holiday gift.
