WW Lasagna Cups


For the Filling:

  • 1/2 pound lean ground turkey or chicken
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (choose a low-point option)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Cups:

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or chicken until browned. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes until the flavors meld.
  4. Lightly coat a muffin tin with cooking spray. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a cup shape.
  5. Spoon a tablespoon of the ricotta cheese into each wonton cup.
  6. Add a spoonful of the meat and marinara mixture on top of the ricotta in each cup.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of each cup.
  8. Repeat the layers with another wonton wrapper, ricotta, meat mixture, and mozzarella.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Optional: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
