4 oz (115 g) Brie cheese, sliced thinly
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Flatbread
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil for extra crispiness.
2️⃣ Add Toppings
Arrange Brie slices evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around edges.
Scatter dried cranberries and chopped roasted almonds over the Brie.
Lightly season with salt and black pepper.
3️⃣ Bake
