Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cook the Quinoa
- Rinse quinoa under cold water.
- Add quinoa + water (or broth) to a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and set aside.
2. Grill the Chicken
- Mix olive oil, garlic, spices, and lemon juice.
- Coat chicken and marinate for 15–30 minutes (optional but better flavor).
- Grill or pan-sear:
