Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ⅔ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ⅓ cup old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup wheat germ
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, and butter until light and creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and bananas, and mix until fully incorporated.
- In a small bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, and wheat germ, then slowly mix mixture into the wet ingredients.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 22-25 minutes or until cooked through the center.
- Let cool 30 minutes before slicing. Store in the fridge for best results.
