  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

  1. Prep the broccoli
    Steam or microwave the broccoli for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender. Let cool, then chop very fine.
    (Tip: Remove excess moisture by squeezing with a clean towel.)

  2. Mix everything together

    • Broccoli

    • Cheese

    • Breadcrumbs

    • Eggs

    • Garlic & onion

    • Salt, pepper & paprika

    Mix until fully combined. The mixture should hold together when pressed.

  3. Shape the patties
    Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture and form into small flat patties.

  4. Cook
    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
