🥩 Carnivore Cheeseburger Casserole
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (80/20 or fattier works best)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp black pepper (optional, omit for strict carnivore)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar + mozzarella)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp butter or beef tallow (for greasing)
Instructions

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or tallow.Cook the beef
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Season with salt (and optional spices).
Drain excess grease only if there’s a lot—fat adds flavor.
Make the creamy sauce
In a bowl, whisk together:
Cream cheese
Heavy cream
Eggs
Mix until smooth (a hand mixer helps).
Assemble the casserole
Spread cooked beef evenly in the baking dish.
Pour the cream mixture over the beef.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving (it firms up).
Optional Carnivore Add-Ins
Crumbled bacon on top
Extra cheese layers
Beef bone marrow mixed into the meat
Egg yolks stirred into the sauce (richer texture)
Storage
Fridge: up to 4 days
Freezer: up to 2 months
