Creamy Chicken Salad with Fresh Dill
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
For the salad:
3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded (about 2–3 breasts)
½ cup celery, finely chopped
⅓ cup red onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
¼ cup toasted almonds or pecans (optional)
½ cup seedless red or green grapes, halved (optional)
For the creamy dressing:
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Prepare the chicken
Use rotisserie, poached, baked, or leftover chicken. Let cool completely before mixing.Make the dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or yogurt), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.Combine the salad
In a large bowl, add chicken, celery, red onion, fresh dill, and any optional ingredients. Pour dressing over the mixture.Mix gently
