Crisp Apple and Broccoli Salad Recipe with Tangy Dressing
*Ingredients:
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 1 large apple, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
– 1/2 cup chopped red onion
– 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
– 1 tsp honey
– Salt and pepper, to taste
*Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, onion, and blue cheese (if using).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey.
3. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
