📝 Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended for extra crunch)

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon dried dill

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1: Prepare the Mushrooms

  1. Rinse mushrooms under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Trim stems if needed.

  2. Set up your breading station:

    • Bowl 1: Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Bowl 2: Beat the eggs.

    • Bowl 3: Place the breadcrumbs.

Step 2: Bread the Mushrooms

  1. Dip each mushroom first into the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

  2. Then dip into the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off.
