🛒 Ingredients (Makes about 24 crisps)
1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or everything bagel seasoning)
That’s it. Just three simple ingredients.

1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (do not skip this).
2️⃣ Mix
In a bowl, combine Parmesan, mozzarella, and seasoning. Stir until evenly mixed.
3️⃣ Form Crisps
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and place on prepared sheet.
Gently flatten into small circles, spacing 1–2 inches apart.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake for 6–10 minutes, until edges are deep golden brown and bubbly.
5️⃣ Cool = Crisp
Let cool on the pan for 5–10 minutes.

🔥 Tips for Maximum Crunch
Use freshly shredded cheese (pre-shredded has anti-caking agents).
Bake until golden brown — pale = chewy, golden = crispy.
For ultra-thin crisps, flatten more before baking.
