Base
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
ΒΌ cup shredded cheddar (optional)
Β½ cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
ΒΌ tsp garlic powder
Salt + pepper to taste
Toppings (choose any)
Pepperoni slices
Cooked sausage or ground beef
Diced bell peppers
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced olives
Onions
Bacon bits
Spinach
Fresh basil
β Instructions
1. Preheat
Heat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
2. Prepare the Bowl
Use a small oven-safe bowl or ramekin.
Add in this order:
Layer 1 (Cheese Base)
Β½ of the mozzarella
A little cheddar
Sprinkle Italian seasoning
Layer 2 (Sauce)
Spoon 2β3 tbsp pizza sauce
Layer 3 (Toppings)
Add pepperoni, sausage, veggies, or anything you like
Layer 4 (More Cheese)
Add the remaining mozzarella
Top with a few pepperonis for a crispy finish
3. Bake
Place the bowl in the oven and bake for 12β15 minutes, or until:

β Edges are bubbling
β Top begins to brown slightly
4. Finish
(Optional) Top with:
Crushed red pepper

Fresh basil
