Cucumber Salad
π Ingredients
- 2β3 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- ΒΌ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

- 3 tbsp vinegar (white, apple cider, or rice vinegar)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar (optional, balances acidity)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Slice the Cucumbers
Wash and thinly slice cucumbers (use a knife or mandoline for even slices). - Add Onion & Herbs
Place cucumbers in a bowl and add sliced onion and fresh herbs. - Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. - Combine & Toss
Pour dressing over the salad and toss well to coat. - Chill Before Serving
Let it sit in the fridge for 15β30 minutes to enhance flavor.
