1. Cook pasta:

  • Boil pasta according to package instructions
  • Drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool completely

2. Cook beef:

  • In a pan, cook ground beef until browned
  • Add taco seasoning and a splash of water
  • Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then cool slightly

3. Make dressing:

  • In a bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth

4. Assemble salad:

  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, beef, tomatoes, lettuce, corn, beans, onion, and cheese
  • Pour dressing over and toss gently

5. Add Doritos (last step):

  • Fold in crushed Doritos just before serving to keep them crunchy

6. Serve:
