Ginger Water (Detox & Anti-Inflammatory Drink)
π Ingredients
- 1β2 inch fresh ginger root (peeled & sliced or grated)
- 4 cups water
- 1β2 tsp lemon juice (optional) π
- 1β2 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness) π―
πͺ Instructions
1οΈβ£ Boil the Ginger
- Add water and ginger to a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Let it simmer for 10β15 minutes.
2οΈβ£ Strain & Cool
- Turn off heat and strain the liquid into a cup or jug.
- Let it cool slightly.
3οΈβ£ Add Flavor (Optional)
- Stir in lemon juice and honey if desired.
4οΈβ£ Serve
