For the Chicken Marinade
500 g boneless chicken thighs or chicken breast (sliced)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
Β½ tsp cumin
Β½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Garlic Yogurt Sauce (Tzatziki-Style)
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Β½ cucumber (grated and squeezed dry)
1 tbsp chopped dill or parsley
Salt to taste
For the Wrap
4 pita breads or flatbreads
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato (sliced)
Β½ red onion (thinly sliced)
Optional: cucumber slices, feta cheese, olives

1. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add the sliced chicken and mix well so itβs fully coated.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2. Make the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
Combine Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, grated cucumber, and herbs in a bowl.
Mix well and add salt to taste.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
3. Cook the Chicken
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the marinated chicken for 5β7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
4. Warm the Pita Bread
Heat pita bread in a dry pan or oven for 30β60 seconds until soft and warm.
5. Assemble the Wrap
Spread a generous spoon of garlic yogurt sauce on the pita.
Add grilled chicken.
Top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
Add more sauce and optional feta if desired.
6. Wrap and Serve
Fold the pita around the filling and serve immediately.
