Total Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 small pinch Himalayan pink salt
- Ice cubes, optional
- Lemon slice, for garnish
Instructions

- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Add a small pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
- Stir thoroughly until everything is combined.
- Add ice if desired.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and drink immediately.
Optional Variation
For a milder taste, use 2 cups of water instead of 1 cup. You can also add a few slices of fresh cucumber or mint.
Important Note
This drink is sometimes marketed online as a homemade “Mounjaro” or “natural Mounjaro,” but it does not contain tirzepatide and should not be considered a substitute for Mounjaro medication. Apple cider vinegar and lemon water also aren’t proven to replicate the weight-loss effects of tirzepatide.
Tip: Because apple cider vinegar is acidic, avoid drinking it undiluted. Rinsing your mouth with plain water afterward can help reduce acid exposure to your teeth.
