Chicken
- 2 large chicken breasts (or 3 small ones)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1โ2 limes (about 3 tbsp)
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ground cumin

- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
Avocado layer
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of ยฝ lime
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: pinch chili flakes

- 1 small tomato (diced or sliced)
