1. Make the Hummus
- In a blender or food processor, add tahini and lemon juice. Blend for 1 minute until creamy.
- Add garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Blend again.
- Add chickpeas gradually and blend until thick.
- Add cold water 1 tbsp at a time until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.

2. Grill the Pita
- Cut pita into triangles.
