Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag Frozen Broccoli Cuts (Cooked And Drained)
  • 1 lb. Chicken Breasts (Cut Into Pieces)
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 2 cans 98% Fat Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • ½ cups Bread Crumbs
  • ¾ cups Non Fat Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, and saute in the olive oil over medium high heat until completely cooked through.
  3. Mix the soup, broccoli, lemon juice and milk into the chicken, and season with more salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
