Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Bag Frozen Broccoli Cuts (Cooked And Drained)
- 1 lb. Chicken Breasts (Cut Into Pieces)
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
- 2 cans 98% Fat Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- ½ cups Bread Crumbs
- ¾ cups Non Fat Evaporated Milk
- 1 cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, and saute in the olive oil over medium high heat until completely cooked through.
- Mix the soup, broccoli, lemon juice and milk into the chicken, and season with more salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer the chicken mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
