Fantastic Garlic Flatbreads (Ready in 10 Minutes)
Ingredients
(Makes 4 flatbreads)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup plain yogurt (or milk)
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Garlic Butter
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
1 tablespoon fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or garlic powder
Instructions
Make the dough
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add yogurt and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead lightly for 1 minute until smooth.
Divide
Divide dough into 4 equal balls.
Roll each into a thin circle or oval (about 6–7 inches).
Cook
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook each flatbread for 1–2 minutes per side, until bubbles form and golden spots appear.
Garlic butter
Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and chili flakes (if using).
Finish
Brush hot flatbreads generously with garlic butter.
Serve immediately.
