Cheddar Bacon Chicken Tenders
Ingredients 

1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Bread the Chicken: Dredge the tenders in flour, dip them in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the Tenders: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Top with Cheese and Bacon: Place the cooked chicken tenders on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
