Ingredients
- 2 loaves Jimmy John’s Bread
- 2 lbs thick cut bacon
- 5 medium tomatoes
- 1 bag shredded lettuce
- 6-8 oz mayo
- SPG
- Bacon Grease

Instructions
- Cook bacon to desired doneness
- Allow to cool the finely chop and set aside
- Cut loaves of bread in half and the cut open but not all the way through
- Toast on low heat in remaining bacon grease
- Finely dice tomatoes and removed excess moisture
- Combine with shredded lettuce then add SPG, Worcestershire, and Mayo, and bacon
- Mix all well and build
