- 200β250g feta cheese (block, not crumbled)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (or chopped ripe tomatoes)
- Β½ cup olives (black or green, pitted)
- 3β4 cloves garlic (sliced or minced)
- 2β3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

- Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F)
- Rinse and halve cherry tomatoes if large
- Slice garlic thinly
- Drain olives if brined

- Add tomatoes, olives, and garlic to a baking dish
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Sprinkle oregano, black pepper, and chili flakes
