🍕 Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
    or pizza dough cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

  • ½ cup pepperoni slices

  • ½ cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)

  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: red pepper flakes


🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C)

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2️⃣ Prep Dough

  • Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle

3️⃣ Fill

  • Place:

    • 2–3 pepperoni slices

    • 1 cube of mozzarella

  • Optional: add a small spoon of sauce (don’t overfill)

4️⃣ Seal

  • Pull dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal

  • Roll into a smooth ball and place seam-side down

5️⃣ Season

  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning

  • Brush over each dough ball

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes

6️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown

7️⃣ Serve

  • Let cool 5 minutes

  • Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping


🔥 Air Fryer Option

  • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes

  • Shake basket halfway


🧀 Variations

  • Supreme: Add diced bell peppers & olives

  • Meat Lovers: Add cooked sausage or bacon bits

  • Cheesy Explosion: Use mozzarella + cheddar

  • Stuffed Crust Style: Brush with garlic butter again after baking

  • Refrigerate up to 3 days

  • Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture
