- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of salt

1. Prep the Salmon
- Pat salmon dry and cut into even cubes
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
2. Cook the Salmon Bites
Pan Method (crispy edges):
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat
- Cook salmon bites for 2–3 minutes per side until golden
Air Fryer Method (healthier & easy):
- Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway
3. Make the Glaze
- In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice
4. Toss in Sauce
- Once salmon is cooked, lower heat
- Pour glaze into the pan and toss gently for 1–2 minutes until coated and slightly sticky
5. Prepare the Dip
- Mix yogurt, lime juice, honey, and salt until smooth
- Add herbs if using
6. Serve
- Plate salmon bites hot
- Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions
