  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt

1. Prep the Salmon

  • Pat salmon dry and cut into even cubes
  • Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika

2. Cook the Salmon Bites

Pan Method (crispy edges):

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat
  • Cook salmon bites for 2–3 minutes per side until golden

Air Fryer Method (healthier & easy):

  • Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway

3. Make the Glaze

  • In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice

4. Toss in Sauce

  • Once salmon is cooked, lower heat
  • Pour glaze into the pan and toss gently for 1–2 minutes until coated and slightly sticky

5. Prepare the Dip

  • Mix yogurt, lime juice, honey, and salt until smooth
  • Add herbs if using

6. Serve
