Weight Watchers Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 3 Plum tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ Large red onion finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh chopped cilantro
  • ½ Large jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
  • Juice from half of a lime
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. Cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients as indicated above.
  2. Add the tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeno to a mixing bowl.
  3. Squeeze the juice from half of a lime over the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle on the cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix the ingredients together well and serve immediately or chill for several hours if preferred.
