Weight Watchers Pico De Gallo

Ingredients
- 3 Plum tomatoes chopped
- ¼ Large red onion finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh chopped cilantro
- ½ Large jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
- Juice from half of a lime
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- ¼ tsp. Cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as indicated above.
- Add the tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeno to a mixing bowl.
- Squeeze the juice from half of a lime over the mixture.
- Sprinkle on the cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the ingredients together well and serve immediately or chill for several hours if preferred.
